This Privacy Policy explains how Qubozoa LLP ("Qubozoa", "we", "us"), an IT consultancy headquartered in Hisar, Haryana, India, collects and uses personal data when you visit qubozoa.in, contact us, apply for an internship or subscribe to our newsletter.
We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2.Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the website:
- Contact form: name, email, phone number, country, services you are interested in and any message you write.
- Internship applications: name, email, phone number, district, preferred work mode, college, portfolio or profile links, your note and your resume.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Call bookings: details you enter in our booking calendar, such as name, email and notes.
- Qubo assistant: messages you type to Qubo are sent to Google's Gemini AI service to generate a reply. We do not store your chat on our servers, but Google may process and retain it under its own terms. Please don't share sensitive personal information with Qubo. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the summary you send is shared with us through WhatsApp.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may process standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
3.How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals, estimates and quotes.
- To schedule and hold consultation calls.
- To review internship applications and contact candidates.
- To send newsletters and updates you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and improve our services.

4.Consent and lawful use
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form, book a call or subscribe, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as responding to a request you made. We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and any period required by law. Internship applications are kept for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
8.Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
- Ask us to erase it, or withdraw your consent.
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

10.Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
